LBLS Part 2

This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 1351 (October 21, 2007).  About 138 degrees across at the widest part, this view of the southwestern ridge of Home Plate was taken 8 meters (about 26 feet) northwestern of the previous long baseline stereo (LBLS) acquired on Sol 1349. Both LBLS mosaics were taken to evaluate possible drive paths towards Von Braun. Pancam's 753 nm filter was used in making this mosaic.  This is a mosaic made from the left eye only.
