Ysleta Del Sur

         This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity on Sol 5050 (April 8, 2018).  About 66 degrees wide, the rocky outcrop showcased in this view is named Ysleta Del Sur, and was previously imaged on Sols 5018 - 5023 from a distance a little over 3 meters (about 10 feet). Ysleta Del Sur is the mesa-like feature that divides the north trough and south trough in Perseverance Valley and can seen in the left-center of the Outcrop panorama from Sols 4998 - 5015. Pancam's 753 nm, 535 nm, and 432 nm filters were used in making this mosaic.  Three versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene, and a stereo anaglyph for 3D viewing through red-blue glasses.
