El Dorado Photometry

This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 710 (January 1, 2006). The 16 degree wide column showing a portion of the dunes at El Dorado was taken at 13:32 LST. This area was imaged under different lighting conditions, at 12:10, 17:29, 10:00, 11:15, and 11:45 LST. Pancam's 753 nm, 601 nm, and 432 nm filters were used in this mosaic.  Two versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, and a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene.
