This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity on Sol 3584 (February 22, 2014). The rover had just finished analyzing targets at an area called Anchor Point and was beginning work on a target called Sledge Island when it shot this image. The approximately 30 degree wide mosaic shows an area the team was interested in driving to after completing work in the immediate area. Pancam's 753nm, 535nm, and 432nm filters were used in this mosaic. Three versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene, and a stereo anaglyph for 3D viewing through red-blue glasses.
