Copper Cliff

This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity on Sol 3156 (December 9, 2012).  The images here were taken after the rover moved closer to a target called Onaping. Part of Opportunity's right front wheel and solar panel can be seen in the right frame. Pancam's 753nm, 535nm, and 432nm filters were used in making this mosaic.  Three versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene, and a stereo anaglyph to view the scene in 3D through red-blue glasses.
