This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 104 (April 18, 2004). The large light toned rocks in the upper left frame of this image are roughly one meter long. They can be seen from a different angle in the sol 103 drive direction mosaic. This image is approximately 40 degrees tall and wide. There are data dropouts in this mosaic, resulting in multicolored squares and lines in random locations. Pancam's 753nm, 535nm, and 482nm filters were used in this mosaic. Three versions are available below at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, a false color stretch to enhance the subtle color differences in the scene, and a stereo anaglyph for 3D viewing with red blue glasses.
