Foreground

        This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 077 (March 21, 2004). The view shows the area directly in front of the rover, including part of the rover's deck at the lower edge of the image. On the ground beneath the rover deck, we see a small rock that was dislodged as Spirit drove over. Pancam's 432nm filter was used in this mosaic. A full resolution version is provided below.
