         This mosaic was acquired on Sol 40 (February 12, 2004) using Pancam's 601 nm, 535 nm, and 482 nm filters. Two versions are offered at full resolution: an approximate true color mosaic, and a false color stretch to bring out subtle color differences in the scene.
