Naturaliste

This is an Opportunity Pancam panorama of the crater "Naturaliste," acquired on sol 393 (March 2, 2005) between 12:50 and 13:30 LTST. Naturaliste is a small crater about 15 meters in diameter on the plains of Meridiani, about 1 km south of Endurance crater.

The panorama spans about 140 degrees and consists of images obtained in 50 individual pointings and 3 Pancam filters at each pointing. This mosaic is an approximate true color rendering generated using the images acquired through Pancam's 601nm, 535nm, and 482nm filters.
