El Dorado

         This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 1416 (December 27, 2007).  About 31 degrees wide, this mosaic is one of the several mosaics monitoring the El Dorado field. Pancam's 753 nm filter was used in making this mosaic.  This is a mosaic made from the left eye only.
