Dust Devil Search

         This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 435 (March 24, 2005).  The approximately 150 degree wide mosaic was taken to search for dust devil activity above the plains. Pancam's 753nm and 432nm filters and a synthesized 535nm filter were used in making this mosaic.  Two versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, and a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene.
