Broken Hammer Jr

        This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Opportunity on Sol 3206 (January 29, 2013). Broken Hammer Jr is an area of outcrop near Flack Lake on Cape York. The field of view is approximately 16 degrees wide. Pancam's 753nm, 535nm, and 432nm filters were used in this mosaic.  Three versions are available below at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, a false color stretch to enhance the subtle color differences in the scene, and a stereo anaglyph for 3D viewing through red-blue glasses.
