Photometry Sunset

        This mosaic was acquired by the Mars Exploration Rover Spirit on Sol 1944 (June 22, 2009). This image was taken at 12:11 LST. This area was imaged under different lighting conditions at 10:27, 13:41, 16:26, 09:10, 15:12, 17:11, and 08:10. Pancam's 753 nm, 601 nm, and 432 nm filters were used in this mosaic.  Two versions are provided at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering, and a false color rendering which enhances the subtle color differences in the scene.
