Second Perch

The Opportunity rover took this mosaic on sol 134 (June 9, 2004) as it perched at the edge of Endurance Crater. This view shows a contact that Opportunity would eventually pause at for analysis. Two versions are available in full resolution: an approximate true color image made from Pancam's 432-nm, 535-nm and 753-nm filters, and a false color version which has been stretched to bring out the subtle color differences in the scene.
