Bellingshausen

         Spirit acquired this mosaic on Sol 1111 (February 16, 2007) of a feature named Bellingshausen, near the South side of Mitcheltree Ridge. The field of view spans approximately 30 degrees. This mosaic was generated with Pancam's 753-nm, 535-nm, and 432-nm filters. Two versions are offered here at full resolution: an approximate true color rendering and a false color stretch to bring out subtle color differences in the scene.
