Hamersley

         The Opportunity rover acquired this mosaic on Sol 87 (April 22, 2004) using Pancam's 753 nm, 535 nm, and 432 nm filters. For an idea of scale, the large shadowed rock near the center is about 38 cm (just over a foot) wide. Two versions are offered at full resolution: an approximate true color mosaic, and a false color stretch to bring out subtle color differences in the scene.
